USED: DCI kettle, 15 gallon, 316L stainless steel, vertical. 15" diameter x 18" straight side, open top with 2 covers, dish bottom. Dimple jacket rated 120 psi at 350 deg F. Bolt-on stainless steel agitator bridge. 1" shaft with (1) 3 blade and (1) 4 blade turbine. Driven by a 1 hp, 90 volt DC gearmotor. 4 bolt-on side wall baffles. 2" center bottom outlet.
