USED: DCI kettle, 50 gallon, 316L stainless steel, vertical. 23-1/2" diameter x 30" straight side. Open top with 2 covers, dish bottom. Dimple jacket rated 100 psi at 350 deg F. Stainless steel agitator bridge. 1" shaft with (1) 3 blade turbine. Driven by a 1 hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1725 rpm XP varispeed gearmotor.
