USED: American Process System twin shaft fluidizer, model FZM-12. 12 cu ft capacity, 304 stainless steel. Non-jacketed trough 49" x 40" x approx 32" deep. (2) 2-7/8" diameter shafts with 14 approx 8" x 7" paddles welded to 1" diameter posts, approx 41 rpm. (2) 7" wide x 39" long pneumatically operated bombay bottom discharge doors. Bolt-on top cover with a Series 200 non-filtered bag dump station. Sanitary split packing glands with braided teflon packing and air purge. Unit driven by a 7.5 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1800 rpm SEW Euro drive. Output rpm 77. Includes some catwalk. Built 1992. and the product is still available, |
