USED: Alfred Bolz GmbH kettle, 114 gallon, 304 stainless steel, vertical. Approx 28" diameter x 40" straight side, dished bolt-on top, dished bottom. Internal rated 0 bar at 95 deg C (203 F), stainless steel jacket rated 0 bar at 95 deg C (203 F), and approx 2 rows of 9 turns 1" diameter pipe coil rated 7 bar (101 psi) at 115 deg C (239 F). 2" diameter shaft with a paddle blade, driven by a 1.1 kw (1.5 hp), 3/60/277/480 volt, varispeed motor. Openings: top (2) 4" sight glass, (3) 1" NPT; 3" center bottom outlet. Mounted on 3 stainless steel legs. Approx 6" discharge height. Built 1981. and the product is still available, |
