Used 1238 gallon stainless steel reactor. Type 304 stainless steel. #4 Polish Internal. Vessel is approximately 72" diameter X 63" straight side with dished top and bottom heads. Internal rated 20 psi @ 250 degrees F internal, 1# vacuum internal. Jacket rated 30 psi @ 300 degrees F. Top head includes: 20" manway with sight glass, 18" agitator nozzle and 12", (2) 4", 3", (3) 2", 1 1/2" nozzles. Center bottom outlet 6". Chemineer drive model 5 HTA-20 providing 56 rpm output of 2 tier 4 blade pitched turbine agitator. 5 hp model 2HTA-5 drive with scroll agitator, dual speed 350/70 rpm. 3 baffles 5" X 40".
