This easy to connect USB computer module facilitates real time monitoring and tracking of 1 line of data viewable in strip chart to track coffee bean temperatures from beginning of roast to end of roast cycle. Software also allows logging of each roast cycle for review and comparison. This option is available for an additional $450 to the price of the Micro TostaCaffe' coffee bean roaster.
