M12UA 2 Door mobile heated cabinet w/24 pairs of universal angle brackets * All stainless steel construction * Cabinets fully framed all vertical and horizontal edges * Caster mounting plates fully welded to cabinet framing * Caster mounting plates 6" x 6" x 5/16" steel plate drilled and tapped * All hardware mounted through framing * Door framed, insulated and gasketed * Door louvered with adjustable damper * Top mounted control panel * 60 to 250 degree temperature range * Universal angles will accommodate 250 lbs. per pair * Universal angles adjustable on 11/2" centers * Universal angles will accommodate 2 - 12" x 20" pans or 1 - 18" x 26" tray * Universal angles chrome plated with heavy nickel and clear coat * Universal angles designed to minimize pan/tray movement during transport * Universal angle posts removable for cleaning * GENERAL: Cabinet constructed throughout with stainless steel. All double wall construction fully insulated with high density fiberglass insulation. All exterior surfaces shall be ground and polished to a #3 finish. * INTERNAL FRAME: ll vertical and horizontal edges framed with a combination of 11/2" x 11/2" x 1/8" and 1" x 1" x 1/8" angle iron, arc welded, cross braced and reinforced at all corners. Each side shall have pyramid bracing consisting of 2 braces from back to front in a "V" pattern with one center brace. * BASE FRAME: Base shall be 1" x 1" x 1/8" angle around periphery with 4 cross braces. Base shall have 4 - 6" x 6" and 5/16" steel plates drilled and tapped to accommodate 5", 6" and 8" caster. These plates are fully welded on three sides to framing. * INNER CABINETS: Inner cabinets shall be all 24 gauge 300 Series stainless steel. Universal angles constructed of heavy gauge wire, with vertical and horizontal 11 gauge flat stock. Each pair shall accommodate 250 lbs. Universal angles chrome plated with heavy nickel and a clear coat. Angles adjustable on 11/2" centers. Accommodate 2 12" x 20" pans or 1 18" x 20" tray or 2 14" x 26" trays. * DOORS: Doors shall be all 20 gauge stainless steel. Doors shall have full interior frame constructed of 3/4" x 3/4" 14 gauge square tubing. Doors shall be fully insulated and gasketed. Doors shall have an exterior louver with an interior damper for moisture control. All door hardware shall be secured through framing in cabinet and door. Doors shall have a heavy duty positive and magnetic door latch and heavy duty refrigeration type door hinges. Model M22 has 2 doors. * ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cabinets shall have a top mounted control panel consisting of on and off switch, power indicator light, temperature indicating light, thermostat control and thermometer. Each cabinet shall be heated by a 120 volts. 60 cycle 1 single phase heating system. Cabinet shall come complete with a permanently mounted 8Õ cord with a Nema #5-15P plug. Top of cabinet removable for easy access to controls. (Note: M22UA uses a Nema #5-20P plug.) * CASTERS: Cabinet shall have 4 heavy duty 5" casters 2 rigid and 2 swivel casters mounted to 6" x 6" x 5/16" steel plate drilled and tapped. Cabinet shall have a full wrap around rubber bumper. Bumper frame shall be 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" angle iron welded and cross braced. Bumper mounted to bottom of cabinet frame. Bumper extends past all hardware and body of cabinet. Model B1UAUC has 4" caster and is without bumper.
