GLOBE 80 QUART PLANETARY 4 SPEED MIXER BRAND NEW This is a brand new Globe 80 quart planetary 4 speed mixer model SP80PL. Includes a 80 quart #304 series stainless steel bowl, spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, flat beater, stainless steel bowl guard with built in ingredient chute, a 15 minute timer and a #12 attachment hub. A power bowl lift raises and lowers the bowl as well as locking in place at the top and bottom positions. Separate start and emergency stop buttons so operators can shut down the mixer in an emergency situation. Microswitches that automatically shut the mixer down when the guard is opened or the bowl is lowered. This SP80PL model has a 3 HP custom built motor excellent for pizza or any kind of dough, grease packed ball bearing, air cooled and with a thermal overload protection with automatic reset. It is available in three phase configuration. 208 volts, 60Hz, 12 amps. Finish is NSF approved enamel gray paint. Transmission is direct drive, heat treated, hardened alloy, precision milled gears that operate with planetary action and provide high torque mixing power. Gears are packed in a long lasting grease. All shafts are mounted in ball bearings. Agitator speeds in RPMs are: First 60, Second 105, Third 198, Fourth 310. Attachment speeds in RPMs are: First 67, Second 118, Third 198, Fourth 349.
