GLOBE 60 QUART PLANETARY 3 SPEED MIXER BRAND NEW This is a brand new Globe 60 quart planetary 3 speed mixer model SP60P. Includes a 64 quart #304 series stainless steel bowl, spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, flat beater, stainless steel bowl guard with built in ingredient chute, a 15 minute timer and a #12 attachment hub. A sturdy hand lever on the body column raises and lowers the bowl as well as locking in place at the top and bottom positions. Separate start and emergency stop buttons so operators can shut down the mixer in an emergency situation. Microswitches that automatically shut the mixer down when the guard is opened or the bowl is lowered. This SP60P model has a 3 HP custom built motor excellent for pizza dough, grease packed ball bearing, air cooled and with a thermal overload protection with automatic reset. It is available in both single and three phase configuration. 220 volts, 60Hz, 18 amps in 1 phase and 208 volts, 60Hz, 9 Amps in 3 phase. Finish is NSF approved enamel gray paint. Transmission is heat treated, hardened alloy, precision milled gears that operate with planetary action and provide high torque mixing power. Gears are packed in a long lasting grease. All shafts are mounted in ball bearings. Agitator speeds in RPMs are: Low 99, Intermediate 176, High 320. Attachment speeds in RPMs are: Low 60, Intermediate 108, High 197.
