Delfield 32in Mega Top Sandwich Prep Unit High Performance Prep Tables - Delfield's 4400 series prep tables are designed to maintain pan temperatures between 33°F and 41°F with the cover open for extended periods of time. In fact, tests in our lab showed minimum pan temperature at 36.7°F, maximum temperatures at 40.6°F and average pan temperatures at 38.6°F in harsh 100°F ambient conditions. Patented air screen design ensures product stays cold without drying it out. All 4400 Series units are 100% front breathing, which allows the unit to be pushed against a wall or built into a cabinet or an existing line up.
