Zeva Air-Vac DRS-22 Hot Air Solder Rework Station +NR+ This Zeva Air-Vac DRS-22 DRSOFT Rework Station is in good cosmetic condition and seems to be working well (please see text below). This station comes with the pictured static-safe work table, Leica Wild M3Z Stereozoom microscope, a manually controllable 12" x 14" "HOT" plate, a manual probe and the required remote control pod. This was Air-Vac's first rework station with beam-splitting optics for inspection and alignment. Notes: during testing, this unit was found to perform as follows: The bottom heater/diffuser warms up, but either the machine thinks it is hotter than actual temperature or we did not allow sufficient warm-up time (not sure which). The vacuum to hold ICs with the nozzle, as well as the bottom plate diffuser air source, and top-down blower, function properly. The optics on the microscope are very nice.
