Wilson Rockwell 4JR Hardness Tester. Refurbished, Calibrated & Certified by Instron Calibration Service Brystar Tools specializes in refurbishing, repair and service of Wilson Rockwell Hardness Testers and maintain an inventory of Refurbished units. Our refurbished units are completely disassembled, inspected, cleaned, polished, painted and then reassembled to a like new condition with a one year warranty. All refurbished units are calibrated and certified by Instron Calibration Service to ASTM E18 specifications. All refurbished units also include the basic accessories needed for the more common testing applications so that they are ready to be put to use right out of the crate. We are pleased to offer the following: Instron Calibrated and Certified to ASTM E18-05el. The HRC & HRBW scales are verified. Good thru February 2008. Weight Set; 60Kg (hanger), 40Kg, 50Kg (as labeled) "C" Diamond Indenter w/Certification. Verified to comply with NIST.(NEW-Gilmore Diamond) Set of (4) NEW PHASE II Standard Test Blocks as follows: 24.3 HRC , 47.6 HRC, 61.7 HRC, 92.4 HRB. (NIST tracable test blocks are available on request at an additional charge) 2-1/2" Flat Anvil (Resurfaced) Brystar Tools completely disassembles each unit for a full inspection of all parts to ensure they are in specification. If any parts are out of specification, they are replaced. The tester is then refurbished to a like new condition.
