Stainless steel doors with heavy duty hinges, door latch mechanisms, and long lasting silicone gaskets. Cabinet and doors filled with 11/2" thick fibrous insulation. Interior pan supports removable for easy cleaning. * Two self-contained power heads easily removable without tools. Each power head includes metal sheathed heating elements, convection fan, electronic controls and "power on", "cooking" and "holding" cycle indicator lights. Electronic timers with digital display indicates how much cooking time remains before switching to the hold cycle.Solid state temperature controls can be set to operate automatically or manually.
