MEGTEC Systems Millennium 8000 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) with 8,000 scfm capacity at 400 deg F. Built in 1999. Currently treating emissions from a heatset web-offset printing press. Includes VOC entrapment (puff capture) for elimination of visible emissions, and hot gas bypass for high VOC loadings. Currently on-line. Will be available in August 2007. (A higher VOC destruction warranty is available). Test main fan shaft bearings and replace as necessary Bench test air cylinders and solenoid valves and rebuild/replace as necessary. Bench test main motor and replace bearings/windings as necessary. Replace combustion blower motor (nearly the same cost as bearing replacement). Test all regulators, blocking valves, pressure switches & actuators and change out Pressurize gas train and leak check. Replace components as necessary.
