Here is some factory information: For applications where compressed air is at a premium, or simply unavailable for regenerating a desiccant dryer, Airtek offers the TWB Series Blower Purge Dryer. An external blower sends atmospheric air through a heater to be used for purging the off-stream desiccant tower. In this design all compressed air that enters the dryer can be utilized for the consumer’s process. Dew points typically range from 0°F to -40°F (-18°C to -40°C), but through the selection of a dry air sweep, dew points can be held to the lower value. A small amount of purge air (less than 2%) would be consumed in order to make use of standard selectable feature. The TWB unit can be used as a heatless dryer (standard heatless back-up feature), should replacement of components in the heated system become necessary. Heaters in the Airtek TWB Series are protected by the exclusive ThermaLoc System, and hence WHEN SOLD NEW THEY CARRY A a 5-year warranty! Butterfly switching valves have a 3-year warranty.
