Tektronix TDS754D Digital Phospore Oscilloscope with options 05, 2C, 2M, and HD The TDS754D Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope is one of the first in the TDS family of Digital Phosphor Oscilloscopes (DPOs) designed to keep pace with current and evolving needs in advanced electronic design and debug.
