This is a Taylor Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine, 2-flavors with a twist, pressurized, 3-phase, water-cooled, model 8757-33, Serial # H8012709. It has been winterized and stored in a warehouse for the past 6 years. This machine has been tested by our technician and it is in perfect working order and is for a high volume location. It has standby which means it does not have to be cleaned every night. It should be cleaned every week. Pressurized machines make the best tasting ice cream, they are designed to pump just the right amount of air into your product so that it tastes smooth and creamy.....and it saves you money by inflating each serving with air so you can save on your product cost.
