SVG Silicon Valley Group Coat Module 9026 SVG-90 This SVG coat module is used surplus that was removed from a larger working system. It is in ok physical condition with scuffs and minor scratches, and the front view window is cracked, the rear PCB is missing where the label is located, and PCB9 sensor is missing as well. Also, the wafer centering pins are broken. All other interface cables are included and there is a chuck installed in the catch cup assembly, which is very clean.
