The Cleveland KEL40 is a 40 gallon steam jacketed kettle with a fast heat-up and recovery time. Solid state controls provide consistent temperature within C. The steam jacket is filled with treated water and no venting or refilling is required. Self-contained, easily installed - needs only an electrical hook-up. The kettle and all exterior surfaces are of type 304 stainless steel with an #4 finish.
