Services furnished pursuant to this warranty will be provided only during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Under no circumstances shall McGunn Safe Company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages to property or losses from theft. The user of a safe assumes a risk and is informed that no safe is absolutely burglar or theft proof and is not offered as such.
