. Shimadzu 3603 H LMC-A1 Turbomolecular Vacuum Pump "Like New", looks virtually unused. New this turbo costs over $30K. This is a corrosive series pump . Rotates at 24,000 RPM, achieves presures greater than 10-8 torr. Totally oil free design when backed with a dry vacuum pump. . Research on this model shows a pumping speed around 3,200 l/s, has a 17 3/4 OD inch inlet flange, suspect it to be ISO-320, KF-50 foreline, pump is water cooled. Weight 175 lbs . Magnetic Rotor Suspension, accepts higher forline pressure due to its Hybrid design. No controller or cable available although they can be purchased in the USA. . In excellent condition, totally clean inlet, foreline and vent. May be installed horizontally or inclined at any angle . Pump rotates freely with a long very smooth coasting period. Very quiet during manual rotation. One tough looking pump. . Some minor (very small) nicks on the blades, but still in excellent condition. Nothing that would or could affect overall performance.
