Cleveland SteamCub Model 1SCEMCS is a 5 pan countertop steamer. It has one compartment with a 60-minute mechanical timer with a low water indicator and alarm. a heat-on indicator light and 9 kW power rating. The StemCub 1SCEMCS has a capacity for five 2 1/2" deep full size steam table pans.
