"2003" CUSTOM DELI'S 2 TIERED HOT FOOD CASE 18 gauge, stainless steel heated well is controlled with digital controls and seperate zone control. The overhead canopy is supported by two stainless steel side supports, enclosing lighting. These different zones are controlled with digital controls (We have manual). Controls are located in a concealed area behind the perimeter panel. Self-service heated well is few inches deep and must be used with prepackaged foods only. A second tier shelf is also digitally controlled. Merchandiser base is framed with black laminate surface, mounted on 5" swivel casters with brake casters.
