Robot Base Automated Work Cell Conveyors Sensors Gearmotors Pneumatics. There are 7 gearmotor drives on this. This unit was designed for a robot to be mounted on a pedestal in the hole in the center. Conveyors around it provide parts for the robot to work on and takes the finished goods away. These initial images give you a look from each of the sides of the unit. It is our plan to part this unit out but we are offering it one time as a "complete" unit." The control pedestal with start button and EMO is stuck into the middle. There are also 16 power relay modules-4 and 5-pole each. Note the Allen-Bradley Scanport modules and SMP-3 controllers. There are two sets of these for 8 total. The gear motors are bodine and the gear boxes are Bosch. The above image shows a pneumatic lift cylinder apparatus. Look at the solenoid valve array above. Looks like a bunch of sensor modules below. Includes a very nice 4 light status pole. Overall dimensions are about 76 inches by 79 by 42. Additional similar items maybe listed separately or available on request.
