This is a ROBATECH Concept 4 hot-melt adhesive system. Type Concept 4/4. Serial # 112380. Date of Mfg. 00-47-05. 230 volt single phase. Complete with four heated hoses and guns, and operating solenoids. Hoses are type W08-200, 195 watt, 1.8 meters long. Guns are model AX101 IN/104591, 230 v, 200watt. Solenoids are 24 volt DC. FULLY OPERATIONAL. ******************* This system is almost like new. Was in use approximately only 6 months. We have operated it recently with no problems apparent - heaters all work, controller reads out and adjusts all parameters, piston pump operates, and all guns trigger when voltage is applied. Pumping unit is self-contained with logic system that controls all parameters. Complete operating, maintenance, and parts manual included. It requires only voltages as described above and compressed air supply of 30 - 100 psi to operate pump. **************************** This system is basicly a pneumatic pumping unit that heats and delivers adhesive to up to four guns. Formerly used in automatic system glueing four production lines of cartons. You can set it up auto and use either 1, 2, 3, or all 4 guns as fully automatic or trigger guns manually. Electrical and/or logic system for triggering guns is not provided - you would need to install device to supply 24 volt DC signal to gun solenoids to trigger them to dispense adhesive.*********************** |
