The 100kV intergrated powder spray gun, at about 16 oz. is one of the lightest hand spray guns in the industry. It generates a full 100 kV at its four cross-matched charging electrodes for the highest possible powder-transfer efficiency. This results into higher productivity and improved shop-floor results. The control panel is designed for optimal performance without extensive training. Individual controls with their large read-outs make it easy for operators. Special electronics foldback systems and an ordinary 3 wire-cored cable leading to the hand gun make the Red Line NC 101 one of the safest 100 kV electrostatic systems. All this at a price no one thought possible for a production 100 kV system!!! Heck, this model is easily half the price of another brand I have in my shop, yet does as good a job.
