This item is a Pressquick Countertop Pasta Extruder. With this item you can make you own Pasta at a rate of 25 - 40 pounds per hour depending upon the speed setting. You can use any type of flour in this machine. It comes with and adjustable knife to change the length of the noodle and adjustable speeds. The body is painted steel and there are some rust spots on corners but other then that it is in good shape. The hopper, where you put the dough is aluminum so it cannot corrode easily. This extruder is very much complete except for the plastic lid on the hopper. We will provide this before picked up or delivered. It does only have one extruder plate, additional plates can be purchased separately, and we at Sanders Supply would be happy to help you with this. All the controls are present and working, further, the piece sounds great running. Great for a restaurant that wants to differentiate itself by making fresh noodles, it also gives you the option of making wholly organic pasta because you know exactly what is going into you food.
