ANORAD ANOLINE PCLM with precision miniature linear stage and Renishaw RGB25Y00R01 with Piezo Ceramic Linear Motor. It looks like this is a two axis controller with only one axis attached. See the following reference link for PCLM stages (toward the bottom of the page). PCLM (Piezo Ceramic Linear Motor) stages are designed for use in high vacuum, non-magnetic environments (10-7 torr). This is apparently some sort of encoder sensor inside the stage. See the following link for information on this part.
