Small Powder Coating System includes: Nordson Powder Booth. Dimensions of spray cabinet are 8 ft high x 5 ft wide x 5 ft deep. Has conveyor slot across top of booth. Product openings are 36" wide x 42" high. Motor is 3 phase, 208/230-460. Has time pulse control cartridge purge system. Air flow gauge. We would prefer to sell this unit as part of a package with the infra-red oven and conveyor system as described as follows; but will look at any offer for part of the system. GAS INFRA RED OVEN by I-R Technologies of Kansas City, KS. Product openings are 24" wide x 42" high. Has four infra-red emitters, each of which measures 24" x 48". Has circulation fan. Has complete control panel. CONVEYOR - It is important to keep parts moving when infra-red cure is employed. Accordingly, there is a small closed loop conveyor system that engages parts on the manual conveyor and pulls them at a steady speed through the oven. We also have some powder guns and will be happy to discuss your requirements and include a gun and electrostatic powder spray system to meet your requirements.
