Stainless Steel Automatic Parts Washer Industrial Batch Type Power Spray Automatic Washing Machine For Metal, Plastic and Rubber Parts This listing is for a self contained batch parts cleaning system. Parts are loaded into baskets and put into the cabinet where they are blasted with nozzles as the carousel rotates. The parts are washed with the heated fluid from the wash tank and rinsed with the fluid from the rinse tank. There are also manual hand wands for both washing and rinsing. The parts are then blow dried with a 7.5 HP Rotron blower. The cleaning fluid is filtered and skimmed of oil. There are two SS Rosedale filter housings for the wash fluid. Oil in the wash fluid is removed with a oil skimmer and pumped into a dedicated tank. This unit is complete and in very good condition. There is some visible rust on the lower parts of the machine. The paneling that is rusty is just the insulation covering. This machine is the stainless steel model, but for some reason those outer panels are not SS.
