TRUCK-MOUNTED CARPET CLEANING SYSTEM The PATRIOT Truck mounted carpet cleaning system is designed for one reason and one reason only, “to make you money. Carpet and upholstery cleaning can do this. This system is uniquely suited for flood damage extraction. In addition, the system is capable of optimum performance at up to 500 feet away from the power unit. This system is brand new and manufactured by Cleaning Technologies in Roswell, GA. The console is designed to be easy to work on. For instance, with two wrenches, you can change both belts in less than 4 minutes. All the pressure hoses are connected with swivels so they can be taken off easily. The gages are put on with wing nuts so they can be replaced with little effort. It is designed this way so you can be out cleaning carpet not doing repairs on you equipment. It does take a little bit of routine maintenance such as changing the engine oil and keeping your recovery tank clean but this is just a few minutes each day. The system has gauges to show you the water pressure, vacuum, hours, and the speed of the engine. It has a large industrial silencer to keep the system quite. It has a stainless steel filter in the recovery tank to protect the vacuum blower. It has a mesh filter bag in the recovery tank to collect most of the debris picked up off the floor. The heater is thermostatically controlled with and automatic shut down if there is a problem. The engine has an easy oil drain, oil filter and a low oil shut down all within easy reach. The vacuum hose is a crush proof style, the pressure hose is rated at 3,000 PSI, and the carpet cleaning wand is stainless steel with a double bend As you can see from the listed components and equipment that this is a complete carpet cleaning system with everything you need to install (less tools & water) and go to your first job.
