Manufacturer's Specifications/Features: (Please note that not all features may be included in this item) Model M15-W Universal Torque Tester provides MicroTorque analysis for extremely low torque levels of 1.4 x 10-5 oz-in. in analytical mode, and 2.8 x 10-6 oz-in. in averaging mode. Rotation speed can be set as low as 0.001 rpm. TorqueScope Windows-based software allows user to pre-program complex rotational tests with multiple stages and torque measurement conditions. Rotation can be set in tenth degrees from 1.0–3600.0 Deg. Angular accuracy is +/-1/10 Deg. This particularly improves low torque measurement accuracy. The M15's 12-inch diameter platter with removable 1C collet allows quick fixturing of many test parts. The platter has a standard hole pattern for mounting vustom fixtures and also has movable fences that can trap a retangular part anywhere on the surface. Small round parts are easily held in the collet, while larger parts can be mounted on the platter. The X-Z linear stages that comprise the load cell carrier gantry allow positioning of the force measuring device anywhere over the platter surface. The X stage has a digital readout on position in inches or mm to facilitate measurement of torque arm radius.
