This warming holding cabinet holds food twice as long as non-insulated holding cabinets. This holding cabinet maintains uniform temperatures 120 volt plugs into any 15 amp. This holding cabinet has a digital thermometer. This holding cabinet also has dutch doors to prevent excess heat loss. Transports food securely. 3'' slide spacing. UL and NSF listed. Holding Cabinet operating range is 80 degrees to 200 degrees Great for buffets, caterers, pizza shops, concessions, restaurant, sandwich shop, deli, convienvent stores ect...
