To set the clock before your 1st use: · Push the Retarder/Proofer mode button. · Follow the prompts on the LED screen. · Push the Proofer mode button. · Enter your desired settings (time, temp, humidity) To set the unit for retarding: · Push the Retarder mode button. · Enter your desired settings (temperature) To set the unit for automatically retarding then proofing: · Push the Retarder/Proofer mode button. · Choose “set/review program · Follow the prompts on the LED screen to enter the entire program. You will have to cycle through the entire week before you can exit the program. This mode is designed to automatically go from retard to proof unattended based on finishing the proofing cycle at your set time. Once the unit is finished with it’s set program, it goes into the standard proofer mode and operates as a proofer. It will not automatically go into a retard mode. |
