We have 4 of these total. 2 are inside and 2 are outside under cover, the two outside will need new filters due to moisture damaging the paper product (we will make concessions for that). The control panel is included. These units were never installed, so they are new, never used, never opened. These units are the unheated, 2 motor, with the front air intake. The front air is preferable to the top air because you don't have dust settling on the top then going thru the system (this is straight from the factory's rep). These sell for over $6500 a piece new, you are going to get a MUCH better deal than that here. Please check out the pictures and the website, they will give you a lot of information. If you are going to be building a warehouse or have an existing warehouse where you need the doors to the outside open for forklifts to go thru, but don't want the insects, hot or cold air, dust or wind coming in, or if you have a heated or cooled warehouse and you don't want to lose that air, these units are perfect for that application. These units are great if you have to constantly raise and lower a garage door to go in and out. These units you just drive thru, you don't worry about losing the heat or cool air. If you have a factory that makes food, then it keeps the insects and dust from coming in, while you are going in and out. Berner Models CFA and CFC have direct drive. Air doors provide environmental separation at wall openings to control the interchange of heat, fumes, dust, and humidity. At exterior wall openings, they are generally mounted on the inside of buildings to recirculate warm air that has risen towards ceiling; they can also be used at interior openings such as doors to coolers or clean rooms Click HERE for more information about this unit.
