This is a New, never been used Marathon Mark IV Pavement Crack Router. Normally, the 1st step in effective crack sealing operation is routing. The MARK IV Crack Router was designed to ensure the most productive method of widening and cleaning random craks in the asphalt surfaces. Manufactured of durable 1/2" steel plate and engineered with precision balanced weight distribution over the axis of the cutting area, the MARK IV's extended adjustable handles, and oversized trires incorporate to reduce operator fatigue and allow smoother more accurate maneuverabliltiy. All machine operations are conveniently located on the console. A finger tiop electrically operated linear actuator controls the depth of cut to a maximim of 1-3/8" useing standard 4 3/4" router blades and is monitored by the depth gauge ensuring a consistent and accurate routing depth. A toggle type kill button is also located on the console to immediately shut down the machine. In addition, a safety interlock device can be provided for added safety. Theis device automatically shuts down the machine if the operators hold is released from the console. Engine speed adjustments are easily accessible to the operator. Added benifits include a 6 gallan gas tank ensures long hours of uninterruped routing and a liftin geye for positive safe loading and unloading. |
