We don't have the number code to unlock it but it still allows us to do the test cycle. Note that this is a four station system, but there are only three present. The only notable visible damage is a few areas of bent steel on one of the station's paper trays. I will straighten this as good as I can. Also, it says the top cover is open even when it's closed. I found the switch inside the left hinge area and inserted a screwdriver through a hole to manually over-ride this - it is designed to do this but it should eventually be fixed. I don't know why the switch isn't getting pressed when the door closes. More good news is the fact that this has astonishingly little wear and tear from normal usage. I don't know how to get the cycle count off of it since it's locked, but it is apparently very low. Especially noteworthy is how nice all the belts and rollers look and feel. I've assembled it fully, and here is the result of my tests: The envelope side (the main component) works perfectly. It took the envelope and opened it perfectly every time. The document conveyor side worked better and better the more I used it. Occasionally there was a multi-feed problem on the stations but I know these are adjustable - I just don't know how to do it. Sometimes the set of documents would just completely bypass the folder for some reason.
