Microbar Waste Mate. Microbar was one of the best companies to build waste systems. They also still manufacture them. This systems was removed from a TEL track Act8. The containment collection tank has sensors for low, high and overfill level detection. Tank distribution is from a DP-15 yamada pump capable of 15 gallons per minute. The double stainless steel walls were removed to show the system. I can tell you after we got done refreshing this system it looks just like it did when microbar first built it. The complete system has been cleaned and tested for operations. Simply connect your Photoresist tool drain to the drain tank and drain your solvent waste. You can connect up to 4 tools directly to the tank. We do guaranty this system is operational. Source inspection can also be done here at our warehouse in Dallas. Installation and interface to any tool is also available. If you chose installation we will provide one year warranty support and service on the equipment.
