LINCOLN IMPINGER A LA CARTE PIZZA OVENS TWO STACK
These are two Lincoln Impinger A La Carte Pizza Ovens model 1901. These ovens are made for busy foodservice operators who wish to offer a broad range of menu items from a small location. All stainless steel construction with a #4 easy to clean finish. Ideal for cooking pizza, hot sandwiches, baked goods and other portioned products from scratch, as well as par-cooked items. Cooks in half the time. Seal tight door eliminates most fan and motor noise as it helps reduce cooking time by 50% compared to conventional countertop ovens. Temperature range is from 250º F to 550º F. 18" turntable and a vertical opening of 4 1/2". Bake time range from 1 to 30 minutes adjustable in 30 second increments. Baking chamber is 19" wide by 19" deep by 4 1/2" high. Easy to operate and easy to clean. Revolving turntable eliminates the need to manually turn the product within the oven. Comes with the caster base.
