Kettle, 150 gallon capacity, double motion agitation, measuring 44" diameter x 34" deep, manufactured by Brighton Hamilton, style SA, stainless steel construction, steam jacketed for 100 psi @ 328ºF, hydro tested for 171 psi. Complete with 3/4 hp, 3/60/230/460v, 1165 rpm motor through gear box, 2-1/2" diameter center bottom outlet. Mounted on stainless steel pipe legs and has hinged lid. New in 1986, s/n C8866-4. Incomplete.
