The warm, most air enters the dryer at the inlet flante and is pre-cooled in the tubes of the economizer by the chilled leaving air system passing through the shell. The pre-cooled air is then chilled ot the design dew point temp as it passes through the tubes of the air chiller. The throttling valve is provided to adjust the circulation flow rate. The condensed moisture is removed form the air stream by the stainless steel mesh separator. The pneumatically operated drain automatically purges the accumulating condensate to the building drain on demand. After the condensed moisture has been removed, the air is conducted through the shell of economizer where it is reheated and exits the dryer through the outlet flange. Plant water for the condensers enters through factory supplied regulating valves.
