1977 Hudson Gas walk in batch oven, 450 degree, 3,500,000 btu. Inside dimensions 18' long, 8' Wide x 6 1/2' high. I am trying to find my pictures of when it was assembled, I will post them asap. I have the original operating instructions and wiring schematic for the control panel, it has a Maxon burner, Dayton fan motor, Honeywell Modutrol Motor, Honeywell Industrial Gas Valves, Honeywell Gas Pressure Switches, Honeywell On-OFF fluid power gas valve actuator, Partlow Modulating Temperature control. The fire box, control panel and interior duct work have been stored in doors. The booth walls have been stored outside and will need some attention.
