The Hot Coat hot melt roll coater offers overall coating of flat rigid substrates with a minimum thickness of 1/4" such as foam and wood. Prices start at just $2,195 Operators manually run the substrate over the hot roll coater with adhesive - and adhesive transfer is complete. The Hot Coat allows you to apply different thicknesses of many types of hot melt adhesives such as pressure sensitive (PSA), polyolefin (APAO), permanent (EVA) and others. Driven and Non Drive nip rolls are avaialble.
