Used Jaygo model JRB-25 jacketed, vacuum rated 25 cubic foot working capacity Hastelloy C276 double ribbon mixer. Trough 24" wide X 29" deep X 84" long,3/16 thick, end plate 1/4 thick. Inner ribbon 1/4" X 2". Outer ribbon 3/8" X 1 1/4" on a 3" diameter solid shaft, # 4 polish finish on internal surfaces. Has a 6" diameter center bottom discharge arranged for a 36" clearance. Mixer cover hinged and gasketed. Jacket is 12 gauge T304 SS dimple rated for 125 psi, ASME code and National Board stamped. Insulated with fiberglass and aluminum skin over insulation. Driven by 7.5 hp Snuggler package providing final output speed of 40 rpm, motor 3/60/230-460/TEFC. Mounted on legs. Built 1993. NEEDS SOME WORK
