q Fully automated angular system – bunks of material are loaded onto the lift table and finished cut to size parts are produced at the operator / unloading station.
q Machine includes a board rotation unit which rotates individual books of material 90 degrees for head cuts then returns the book to it’s original orientation to continue with checkerboard or stagger cutting in the remaining portion. The head cut portion is meanwhile being processed through the cross cutting line. This option was $45,000 by itself.
q Machine includes trim ejection units to guarantee trim pieces are gone before the next book arrives for cutting.
q Fully PC controlled. Runs on manufacturer’s software – G Drive system.
q Entire machine is elevated on stilts to increase bunk height capacity at the lift table. (Fewer loading operations = greater productivity).
q Simodrive drive system from SIEMENS Automation for all axes.
q Trim scrap conveyor under system, catches rip and cross cut trims.
