Gasket/Glass Assembly Station Made by Thames Engineering and Design 581 bank street new london CT 06320 , phone , model MTS2149 ,ser MTSI 7102, This machine was built new in 2001 and never put into service , It features a Keyence Measuring camera system , vacuum table size is 22" x 27" , requires Air , runs on 220v 1ph , machine has a Allen Bradley Micrologix 1500 PLC contoller running it , also has a Sentry Simco Industrail Static Air cleaner , also has AC to DC power supply made by acupain model U28Y1500 , set of four leveling pads , The MTS2149 is a semi autmatic station used to assist the operator in accureately positioning the glass in relaton to the prepared gasket sheet prior to assembly. After optimizing the postion the system will automatically lower the glass onto the exposed gasket material and apply pressure by roller assembly that moves across the product . In Order for the system to detect the placement acuracy within certain tolerances ,the product being used must also fit within these tolerances.
