Garland Double Deck Stack Broiler-Gas-Ceramic This broiler is extremely clean and priced extremely reasonably. This broiler is ready to move. In fact, in some of the pictures you can see the flames because we took pictures while it was on. This unit measures 37-12 wide by 34 deep x 67-1/2 high. This broiler uses two 40,000 BTU indirect radiant, multi-jet burners that heat specially designed ceramics, which radiate heat over the entire grid area. Broiling chambers are porcelain interior, insulated with fiberglass. * Heavy Gauge Welded Steel Body With Channel Formed Base * Ceramic Boiler: Each chamber has two large, indirect radiant, muti-jet burners of 40,000 BTU each. 80,000 BTU's total. Flames impinging on heavy ceramics create intense radiant heat over the entire grid area. Two pilot flames provide for automatic ignition. * Two independent heat controls are provided for each broiling chamber to permit temperature selections for all broiled products.
