50,000 psi LECO TEM-PRES HR-2CO-1 High Pressure High Temperature Oven Furnace unit. This unit is designed to provide a small chamber with very high pressure and high temperature. It looks like a 50,000 psi stainless pipe chamber that goes into an furnace unit. The fittings are rated to 60,000 psi but the gauge only goes to 50,000. There is an air over liquid pump that pressurizes water to the chamber. See the following link for the factory website (not specific to this unit) There are two controllers for the furnace section. Not really sure if there are two zones or if one is an over-temp controller. These images show the furnace tube that the pressure chamber goes into. The air over liquid pump is shown above. The inner diameter of the furnace tube is just over 3 inches and the length is a bit over 16 inches long. The furnace power control board is shown above. This is the stainless steel tube pressure chamber that goes in the furnace. The image below is looking in the open end. This is the cap for the pressure chamber tube from either end. It threads on to the chamber tube. The chamber tube outside is about 14.5 inches without the cap and a bit under 3" diameter. These images show the markings on the chamber. The bag of plugs above and the rods below are used to fill void space in the chamber so minimal pumping pressurization is needed. There are at least 5 high pressure valves like the 3 shown above. The image below is the label side of one of them. We took the front panel off so you could get a better view of the air over hydraulic pump with the furnace tube behind it. The air over liquid pump is SC Pump 10-600-30 The following link shows SC pump information but we can't locate this specific model WE have not been able to figure out the old versus new model number coding so we don't know what pressure this can actually pump. Additional similar items maybe listed separately or available on request. Might be just what you need for your heated high pressure chamber application. Condition looks good older used.
