You are looking at a Cleveland "Custom" 4 Station Direct Steam Kettle. This is the same set up that is used in several major restaurants in Las Vegas. It allows for high volume direct steam cooking. Disregard the date on the photos. My camera batteries died, and I forgot to set the date. This unit has a self contained boiler system. Electric @ 240.
