The Nielsen Enrobing system consist of a Chocolate Temepering unit, Enrober and Cooling tunnel. The system has just been recently refurbished. The tempering unit is 26 x 31 inch wide The enrober has 10x32 inch belt with an outerdimension 24 x 39 inch. The cooling unit is 113 inch and each additional cooling section is 79 inch long and 20 inch wide.. Voltage 208 3 Phase 30 amp circuit required.
